What exactly do I get?
A one-page, owner-facing report: your recoverable margin (better-paying NDCs plus MAC-appeal opportunities) and your audit clawback exposure, ranked in dollars, pulled from your own claims. Plus the path to make it run on its own, if you want that.
Is my patient data safe?
Yes — and it's the design that makes it safe, not a promise. You de-identify the file before sending (I show you exactly which columns to delete), and the tool strips identifiers again as a backstop. The scan reads only product, payer and dollar data. The report contains zero patient names, and no patient data leaves your pharmacy.
Why is it free? What's the catch?
No catch. The scan costs me about twenty minutes and it proves the work is real — a lot more convincing than a sales call. It looks backward at money already lost. What pharmacies pay for is the forward version: the better-paying NDC on every new fill, a re-scan every week, audit risk caught the day it appears, all on one screen. If the scan finds nothing, you owe nothing and we both move on.
How long does it take?
About one business day from when you send the export. Your only task is the export itself — roughly five minutes.
Do I have to switch software or sign a contract?
