Privacy Policy

RXAI ("we") builds pharmacist-governed software for independent pharmacies. Privacy is a design constraint, not a paragraph — this page says plainly what we do and don't do with data.

Patient data (PHI)

• PHI stays local. Our pharmacy tools run on the pharmacy's own machine. Patient records are not uploaded to our servers.
• De-identified by construction. Analysis runs on de-identified rows (opaque tokens, never names, DOB, or contact details). Only aggregated opportunity figures ever travel.
• No training on your data. No patient or pharmacy data is used to train AI models. When AI automation is enabled for a pharmacy, it runs on AWS Bedrock under a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA), inside that boundary.
• Access is logged. Installed tools use per-staff sign-in and an append-only audit log for PHI access.

Website visitors

• This site sets no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies.
• The ROI calculator runs entirely in your browser — nothing you type is sent anywhere.
• Booking runs on an external scheduling page (Cal.com); email goes to hello@rxai-os.com. Whatever you share there is used only to respond to you.
• Payments for the paid audit are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.

What we keep

Business contact details you share with us (name, pharmacy, email, phone) are kept to run the engagement and are never sold or shared for marketing. Ask us to delete them at any time.
