What RXAI is — and isn't
- RXAI provides preparation and decision-support software for independent pharmacies. It is not reimbursement, clinical, billing, or legal advice.
- The pharmacist owns every decision. Every recommendation is reviewed and signed off by a licensed pharmacist before action. Nothing auto-submits on the pharmacy's behalf.
- Dollar figures are estimates sized from the pharmacy's own data, rounded down, and never a guarantee of recovery or savings.
Engagements
- The 15-minute margin scan is free and carries no obligation.
- Pricing for installed tools and ongoing service is quoted per pharmacy after a demo, and is set out in the written agreement rather than on this site.
- Installed tools are provided under the written agreement signed with each pharmacy, which governs fees, term, support, and data handling (including the BAA where applicable). Where that agreement and this page differ, the signed agreement controls.
Acceptable use
Site content is provided for evaluating RXAI's services. Don't scrape, misrepresent, or resell it. All trademarks belong to their owners; naming a pharmacy-management system on this site does not imply endorsement.
Liability
The site and its calculators are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RXAI is not liable for decisions made from directional estimates; verified figures are delivered only through an engagement, in writing.
